We have teamed up with The Fine Truffle company to produce this incredible biltong flavour. We use dried Italian black truffle,Tartufo estivo disidratato (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) which uses 7kg fresh truffle to make 1kg dried truffle powder and is 94% pure truffle. The retail truffle powders on the market are only 5% truffle.

Our truffle biltong is hand-cut, spiced and hung to dry. Our biltong is made from the finest grass fed British Beef and is superbly tender with a great beefy flavour. We slice and package the biltong within days of shipping so you will receive it in the freshest state possible as you have chosen it.

Ingredients: beef, seasoning [salt, maize, natural colourants, flavourings, sugar, flavour enhancer (MSG), vegetable fat, spice extracts, citric acid, antioxidant, potassium sorbate], dried black truffle, vinegar (barley malt extract)
