Meaty pork loin ribs marinated in our chilli chutney marinade usingMrs Balls Chutney as a base.
Boil gently in the bag while waiting for the coals to turn white and then throw them on the braai or wrap in foil before putting on the grid, or just chuck them on the grid on a medium heat.
Brush regularly with the leftover marinade whilst on the fire. Add salt to taste.
